System Requirements
A note about upgrades
There is a veritable plethora of software version combinations available to Web users. While
it would be nice to "support them all," it is impossible to do so. Upgraded software is available
to everyone, therefore, it is most practical to support the current latest versions of all software
required for use with this web site.
In some cases, certain older versions of software are so ubiquitous that effort has been made to assure
backward compatibility (particularly, in the case of Internet Explorer version 6). In most cases, however,
the versions older than those listed on this page can have problems and are not considered compatible with
this web site.
As upgrades become available, they will be tested for support with this site. Once the site has been
validated with the upgraded version, the older version will no longer be supported. Users will be expected
to obtain and install the upgraded version. The versions of software currently tested and supported will
be listed on this technical help page.
